L’Ucraina non è pronta a unirsi alla NATO o all’UE, afferma Juncker

L'ex presidente della Commissione europea, Jean-Claude Juncker, sostiene l’ingresso nella NATO non sarebbe una garanzia di sicurezza per l’Ucraina.
